Sweet baby Tully is growing growing growing and we

Sweet baby Tully is growing growing growing and we are just two days from 2 months of this precious girl. She’s starting to sparingly give smiles to us and always give smiles to the ceiling fan. She’s much more alert and coos like she’s telling us a story. She’s not as good of a sleeper as big brother, but that could very well be our fault 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ we are just so blessed that she’s in our lives and also, that she’s finally taking a paci 🤣😂

Tully Sue-Lynn was welcomed via VBAC on 3/30/2022 weighing in at 6 lbs 5 oz and 19 inches long, born a mere 19 minutes into her 37th week at 12:19 am

Big brother is so in love with his “baby Tully” and so are we. She’s now two weeks old and already growing like a weed!

When people ask me what I pack in my #hospitalbag

When people ask me what I pack in my #hospitalbag the answer is, “mostly food”. One of the most important things that I personally believe you can do, is nourish your body post-partum with nutrient dense foods. The only thing missing from this picture because I had to order it, is honey sticks and peanut butter pouches. Things we will grab on the way out the door: fresh fruit on hand, nuts and coconut water. Most hospital allow liquids during labor so I’ll be enjoying bone broth, coconut water and apple cider vinegar refreshers as long as they allow it! After birth, I have all the snacks! Seaweed, grassfed beef and bone broth based soups. The fourth trimester is so important!
